Ingredients: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root titrated to 0.8% in valerenic acid), Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata leaves and flowers titrated to 2.5% in vitexin), California Poppy (Eschscholzia Californica titrated to 0.22% in protopine), Hawthorn (Crataegus Oxyacantha Medicus flowers and leaves titrated to 1% in total flavonoids), Melatonin.
Excipients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from light. The expiration date refers to the product correctly stored, in intact packaging. Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Consult a doctor during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Do not administer to children under 12 years of age. Supplements are not intended to be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Recommended dosage: 1 tablet in the evening before bedtime.
